Who we are

Robotach is a lean engineering company working on embedded systems, IoT, and platform engineering for clients in the GCC region and Western markets.

For anything in this policy, including any request about your own data, write to info@robotach.io. Email is our only contact channel.

What we collect

Two things, and nothing else. There is no account to create, no profile, and no purchase.

• What you send through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to give it, the subject you select, and your message.
• Standard web server logs, which every web server produces automatically: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page requested, and the time of the request.

Cookies

This site sets three cookies. All three exist to make the site work the way you left it, and none of them identify you or follow you anywhere else.

• rt-theme — remembers that you chose the dark or light theme.
• rt-theme-sys — records the colour preference your operating system reports, so the first paint of a page matches your system instead of flashing the wrong theme.
• rt-lang — remembers whether you are reading the English or the Arabic version.

No tracking

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind on this site. We do not build a profile of you, and we have nothing to sell to a data broker.

Because the three cookies above are strictly functional and store only a preference, the site does not interrupt you with a consent banner.

Third parties that see your request

Loading any web page involves more than one company. These are the ones involved here.

• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served from Google's content delivery network, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
• tawk.to — when the live chat widget is switched on, tawk.to loads its own script, sets its own cookies, and processes whatever you type into the chat window. Their privacy policy applies to that conversation.
• Our hosting and content infrastructure — processes page requests and stores contact form submissions on our behalf, under contract.

Why we use it

Contact form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence. Server logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or attacks. That is the whole of it — none of this information is used for marketing to you unless you ask us to add you to something.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept while your enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards as a record of business correspondence, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches only the infrastructure providers named above, who process it on our instructions, and anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to do all of the following, and we will act on it within 30 days.

• Tell you what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Send you a copy of it.
• Stop using it, and tell us you object to a particular use.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. No payment details are ever collected through this site, so there are none to lose.

Children

This is a business-to-business engineering site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top of this page is the date this policy last changed. If we change it in a way that materially affects you, we will say so on this page rather than changing it quietly.
